Robert Emmetts  under  13  played at home to  Na Fianna  on Saturday morning . This was  a very entertaining  game to watch with both teams playing well. In a match that could have gone either way.  Robert Emmetts  won out on the day on a score line of  3 g and 3 p to  Na Fianna  1 g  and 4 p .Eve Brennan scored 1 g and 1 p / Roisin Mc Connon and Eimear O Flaherty  scoring a goal , with Claire Nugent and Jois Cuneen scoring 1 p.

Robert Emmetts  u 15 played away to Monastervin on sunday morning .This was a game of two halves with Monastervin playing the better football in the first half . The second half saw Emmetts come out and put up a real team performance  with every girl giving their best . At the final whistle Manoastervin had 3 g and 8 p to Emmetts  3 g and 4 p s . Scorers for Emmetts were  Aine Conway 2  g and 2p, Kayleigh  Conroy 2 p ,and Claire Cahill .

Robert Emmetts ladies played Na Fianna away in Allenwood on Sunday night this was a very close game  with only a goal seperating the teams at half time .Thanks to a super save by keeper Rosanne Leahy mid way through the half.  So it was all to play for in the second half . Na Fianna got ahead in the second half then a good ball in from Tara O Neill to the waiting Sandra Delmer who had no heistation in putting it in the back of the net to draw the match . The teams then exchanged points . In the dying minutes of the game Rosanne again came of her line to pull off her second great save of the night . The final whistle was blown and Robert Emmetts had done enough to win by  1 p .

Scorers were Mary Hulgraine  1 g  8 p Sandra Delmer  1 g 2  p  and Laura Doyle and Ali Ni Dshublaine 1 p each.

This was over all a good weekend for the girls with many of the u 13 s also playing u 15 s and some of the u 15 s playing along side our senior girls . Well done to all involved .
